first time renting an apt. and I am very happy. neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe. I have a very clean and well kept unit. and although it is small (i wanted a smaller unit) it is all working and functional. Animals in and around me are very quiet and I enjoy watching them being walked. The office staff is friendly and will do anything they can to help. Overall what I've seen of the complex is : clean, quiet, safe, friendly neighbors and not overly high priced. Bills are very close to what I expected. Only one was higher then I was expecting but not by much. nothing I cant handle..........

I love this apartment community, The Staff and Maintenance Staff are so friendly and see to all my needs and questions. You see any of the staff or members outside and you always get a wave. My choice for this community was because of 2 reasons, the first is because it is on the Greenwood Trail I bike it almost daily for exercise. The second there are no noisy people upstairs. other places i have lived you could always hear the people moving around abouve you. this is a very quiet and friendly community and I love it. Friendly people, Friendly staff, Nice Apartments What more could you ask for.

Each time I have called for maintenance the maintenance person has came either the same day or the next day. Very efficient when doing maintenance and if I see him going to another maintenance job, he is very friendly and always says to have a good day!! Very pleased!
